I am looking for G.E.R.D. friendly recipes? - g.e.r.d. more condition_symptoms
I have problems with acid reflux and wondered if anyone some sites that list of recipes GERD could recommend? I do not seek any kind of luxury, such as pea soup (which sounds crude way) or something more elegant. I want to do something simple. I looked at many places, but the entire list only audible. Can anyone help?

I used to have many problems with acid reflux .. Basically, I stay away from all sharp. Also to stay on packaged frozen foods. Since I eat very well and do not have much problem with Gord .. Revenue is what they think it is in good prilosec.com
