Why is it so hard to obtain a Veterans loan for home refinancing in Mass? - home refinancing companies

My husband is a veteran of the U.S. Navy can not find a bank or mortgage company that is willing to refinance the house without a problem or a fraud. Where else can you ask for help?

Go to a normal bank, who sit around a table and settle.

These loans are easily available and are heavily regulated, it should be no problem.

with a problem? VA is a government loan and everyone in your area to make the race. Now you can not refinance right to your house with your credit card? or income? but can be simplified with these notes, a rating, but you can bring money to relatives in terms of equity into the house
I am a mortgage banker in TN & KY
