But I can not the software (Pinnacle TVCenter Pro) on my laptop (a Toshiba Portege work later - Windows XP SP2, Pentium III 1.33 GHz, 496 MB RAM).

I need a video capture software with the USB capture) device compatible and allow me to both video recordings and snapshots (sorter.

I tried WinAVI ... During the work with the device ... When you start recording the video is only a picture on the screen every 10-30 seconds or less.
